Another bird's egg stitch for an Easter card.
This pattern is from a UK magazine CrossStitcher Issue 198
In the magazine they pictured these birds eggs on a decoration ribbon to go around an Easter cake. I would love to make one one day.
My cross stitching blog. I have been cross stitching on and off since 1969. In 1969 I did a stamped cross stitch d'oyley under the supervision of my Grandma. Her home was number 78. I spent many pleasant hours at that house as I often went there for holidays as a child. Now I prefer counted cross stitch . Some other crafts keep me busy too

Hi Bronwyn :) I'm a new follower.
ReplyDeleteLovely stitching - I especially like the Beatrix Potter characters you've stitched in a previous post. I can't seem to find a pattern anywhere for them!
