My cross stitching blog. I have been cross stitching on and off since 1969. In 1969 I did a stamped cross stitch d'oyley under the supervision of my Grandma. Her home was number 78. I spent many pleasant hours at that house as I often went there for holidays as a child. Now I prefer counted cross stitch . Some other crafts keep me busy too

A Cowl
A free pattern using Cleckheaton discontinued wool.from my stash.

A Beanie

Using up wool stash during lock down and making a beanie for my daughter. The key ring comes from a kit of 3 from Berrima Designs. I used 6 strands of variegated thread.
